The hardest parts about living in Iowa were being so far from family and the weather. We felt cooped up inside all winter with the wind and the snow and freezing temperatures. Spring was too short and cold and Summer was incredibly humid and miserable. Autumn was pleasant one year but non- existent the others so it can't be relied on. But here in Oregon, we have been outside each day. It's not humid and the temps are a pleasant 75-85. One thing we've been up to is going to the blueberry farm. Amelia and I have gone 3 times- once alone, once with Daddy, and once with Aunt Anna. The blueberries are cheap- 1.50/lb and they are so yummy fresh!
We were able to (fairly) accurately weigh her on the sale since she can balance a little right now. 13 pounds! That's my girl!!
