Question: What would we be doing if we had kids?
Answer: The same things we're doing now!
This past weekend we took off early on a Saturday morning with our friends the Millers and went berry picking. We picked blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and currants.
This is exactly the kind of thing I love to do (and Brad loves to see me so happy doing it lol!) and is the type of activity we hope to enjoy with our family.
There's just this certain satisfaction you get when you 'bring in the crops' and making food that tastes so delicious from it. The cost is lower and the value in time together and learning is higher, the perfect equation.
